Can we bring our own food and/or drinks into Jumpsters?
We are sorry that we do not allow any outside food and/or drinks brought into Jumpsters unless a guest must follow special dietary restrictions. However, we provide an array of food and drink choices at our Refreshment Region, located within the facility. The only exception is that cake is allowed for our scheduled birthday parties
 
Do you offer group or discount rates?
Yes, we offer group rates for camps, school groups, preschools/daycares, and other large parties. Please contact us for more information.
 

Can we order food ahead of time for our kids or group?
Yes, you can call Jumpsters ahead of time and order fun foods, including pizza, chicken fingers, hotdogs, and other types of food, to be ready when you arrive or when you want to have lunch.
 
Do we need socks?
Yes, we do require that socks are worn during play at Jumpsters. But don't worry if you forget them, as we'll sell you a pair at our Refreshment Region.
 
Can we book a party at the store in person?
Yes, we have reservationists at Jumpsters who can assist you in booking your party from start to finish. Check out our party packages and our online store for party ideas before you call.
 
Can we walk-in anytime?
Yes! The Refreshment Region, which includes the coffee bar, is always open for our guests. If we are closed for a private party, food and beverage items are still served in our reception area. In short, you can get a cool beverage or snack anytime! Open Play times are communicated daily on our website calendar or by calling us at 770-886-4141.
